IMO - the shares they (Management) own now of SD is insignificant to them. Their current goal is to SD keep alive, long enough to recover... While they are keeping SD alive their new compensation stock plan will have these new very low prices baked in! At the current market cap of 60 million, the 2016 stock/option program can reward management very handsomely just for keeping it alive. Anyone who is short "here" I would worry....
