WOW I must be stupid then because I thought actually having revenue and then managing to get on a path of increasing revenues was pretty important and I really thought it was important in penny land where most companies have little to no revenue!

IMHO Pennies are all a risk and all have negatives to overcome. Bad financing, dilution, high expenses and low to no revenue is the norm. But the risks are exactly why they offer spectacular returns.

So what do we have here:
- expenses going way down
- 22 mil in revenue and it is obvious to see that number is going way up
- bad financing is over
- beyond what is baked in dilution may happen but primarily for future acquisitions which should be net positive.
