sounds like the company didn't even reply to NV SoS. they've been totally silent throughout the whole process.

did SIRG management profit in any way from the pumps and dumps of the stock since last year? was the reorg plan used to sell a bunch of worthless shares to the public?

who created the OROT website? did they profit?

i'm sure that's easy enough to figure out, and if it was illegal, anyone in management found to be complicit will pay a price.

we'll probably see some of the promoters go to jail also. i would love that.
