Shares are restricted. Float hasn't changed. And shares went to Lee to pay him back for his loan to the company instead of taking cash out of the company. This is called cleaning up the balance sheet.He took shares instead of cash. Removed debt. So unless Lee is secretly selling which he can't anyway, thats all nonsense.
