I share your optimism in what's happening behind the scenes, but I would not be surprised if we do not get any of the "big" announcements you describe this week. The only thing I think we can say for sure about this week is whether or not J&J will file the request for the rehearing on the 105 patent case. That will show up on PACER by Friday if they do, otherwise that would classify as a big win as the 105 patent will essentially be nullified (DECN formal victory) if J&J does not submit the request. I will be surprised if J&J does not file the request based on past behavior.
