Like I said, it's a non news. Saying you will provide an 8-K at some point in time is not a news. Biz, they got that news out the same day there was a filing stating they are late with their financials.

Also biz, they paid a promotion company and don't support the stock. If they buy oompanies with a share exchange, we need to be much higher than that
