We don't know whether it will be a good or bad news coming up on April 12th as stated in previous news pr. So, we should not expect BK to file because of new and replaced CEO who knows how to tie ropes . We as investors tend to take harder look
At the current oil prices for our stocks trends. This year the weather system across USA is cooler than average and Pvah have been poorly budgeted during pre oil price downfalls. 10-k also stated that they the company does not affected by falling prices.
