RVUE - The recent 8K reaffirmed the company anti-dilutive measures in order to preserve share holder value.


The last company to release such a filling was GEQU, around the same time last year; GEQU ultimately evolved to be a multi penny runner from about the .0035ish price range.


Looking forward to see what this one has in store.
