Disappointed in timeline and communication. You have a private entity doing a "reverse merger" which is a backdoor way of going public. Seems like there is no game plan. What's the business plan? They could've held stock in the low penny's with informative PR's (not pumping), Go for OTC bulletin status (out of Pinks). Raise some non dilutive $. 338m shares out there. Buhr 178m and I believe Michel 25m diluted current shareholders ! Float still tight at 125m.
