as this security fully develops and new interest falls in place on this turnaround play the bidders will have to pay at offer as very few sellers appear to be ready to cash in. I would think CEO expects his patents and intellectual property has value in the homeland security market. With news anticipated about defense contractor partnership expect volume surge to fallow this path.
