The private placement has no actual bearing on the pps, watterwiller, but is consoling that Stable Resources felt EDEX was worth every penny of that, and Stable Resources is not just another speculator.

I can't say for sure if we'll be starting by Aug. 1, but I know it won't be much after that. I believe we are near to next in line for one of United's 8 rigs, and assuming they all spend about the same amount of time on a well, it would not be too much to assume we should be looking at around 2-3 weeks for the start of the next well.

I don't believe this next well will take quite as long, since they'll be drilling thru different sub-surfaces. Still, until Tom gives a better idea, it's probably best to use a generous timeframe.
