So he sells out the shareholders and goes to work for the devil himself. One of the biggest crooks in the OTC's. Guess they had that deal worked out when Fong showed him how to screw over his shareholders with the R/S and blow out the S/S again. What you want to bet if what you say is true that they will R/S it again? Right in the reinstatement filing.
