basically everything but the name, Whoopi and Maya. It may be a partnership of sorts,

The revenue numbers in the 10k speak volumes.
And others have DD'd the company and it was newly formed
And it is a neutraceutical.

And Whoopi can just use her name and personna to uber-market it.

If its not WG's company than that begs the question, who else has a rapidly expanding neutraceutical that DP and the board just had to have?

And why not go public with the info?????

Is it to let Whoopi do her thang?
