It's not just unethical what he's doing---it's illegal.

They go there under Redg umbrella and make contacts for themselves.
Benny knows in printing that HIS customers look for lowest bid on printing, yet to my knowledge CEO BENNY did not take bids for Redg. He just hired PRIVATE CITIZEN BENNY.
Something should have come to fruition by now.
Isn't it unethical ,at least, for board members to be unloading their businesses to Redg.
The fact that ISSEN unloaded his production company to Redg and then went with Magnolia Productions.
That says it all. He knows that Redg , in any capacity, is dead in the water.
