I too have contacted the pinks and was told the same, at this point Lamb has done nothing but lie to us on this matter. I had my attorney on the phone on wednesday morning, that was after a 5 way bypass on monday afternoon... so hearing that his attorney is healing up for over a month is bs! They have lied about this since the middle of may. And to the ones here that have claimed to have inside info, its this week its next week, do you work for the company? I do my own DD and never rely on a message board for anything. I made my investment based on news of the company and the potential it showed. Now with false statements for months I am out. In business there are no excuses, just results. GLTA
