I'm not sure why people think there is going to be news. FB hasn't issued news about the previous patents they received from Novint. The only difference here is that a new patent was issued. Novint didn't issue news about the transfer of those previous patents.

The only way we see news is if people raise a fuss, get some buzz going, make some calls. And even then there are no guarantees. But you know, while OTC reporting requirements may differ, there are basic tenets of corporate governance shared across securities. Shake some trees.
