the Magna/Hanover/Sason people are the Plaintiffs in BOTH lawsuits

YIPI/Granville are the defendants in BOTH lawsuits

YIPI/Granville have a counterclaim in the other lawsuit


Not really considering that is a frivolous lawsuit, to which the only purpose was to complicate the real issue at hand, which is the other lawsuit where yippy is the plaintiff with a strong case of fraud against, said defendants in the lawsuit you are referring too.

Will never be approved considering there is another lawsuit pending for 50 million.
