True at the very sub component level - Not at the major component / brand level - like a car, phone, tv, etc - I own nothing like any of these major items from China at the major brand level - it is ok for me if China is a sub contractor to fitbit to make the screen component - but your post I think was about the brand like fitbit/major item and china have a cheap knockoff brand that the average consumer would buy - that is not happening for most americans like me. I would expect China knock off to be found as a prize in a cracker jack box - we know how long that will last. GLTU IMO
