So nvsos decides to change sirg status to "revoke", even though they received funds some months ago? So y did they decide to change status this late in game? Need to call nvsos office to find out what promulgated this change. Prior to this they had no verification process to determine validity of agency paying fee and didn't seem to care who paid.
