yea I think they answered this question already, they themselves werent issuing shares it was the third party company, any way before the shakerzz event i dont know if your remeber or not but there was little to no volume and the pps stayed still at .0022, what your seeing here is the result of shakerzz, to suspect dilution is complete speculation, your looking for a reason for why the pps dropped its because people are selling out and trying to jump on the paiv, imjx's in an attempt to make the money up, atleast thats how im looking at it this always happens after shakerzz and his crew decide to leave

anyways though if the pps is going lower why havnt you sold yet. there lying about dilution, there lying about prs, lying about insurance, lying about revs, what are you waiting for?
