Based on what? Sorry not trolling you just curious what you base your opinion on? There is another company in K.C. that is also working on facial recognition, the only other feature that I have heard about is the xMax wireless capability that nobody really knows anything about, the company that DIRV is working with for xMax has seen its stock price drop drastically in the last year(I also hold a position there). They appear at least to be a real company but they need to expand there vision and customer base if this thing is going anywhere.
