The logical speculation is someone knows something we don't. I talked to the SEC on Friday, they said the last filing for VELA was in May of 2013. Although my initial thought was they could get Dlisted, I found out that the process for doing that with a pink stock is hard and lengthy. At the two year mark without filing financials for a pink stock, the SEC will send a warning letter to VELA. VELA will then get two more warnings in May up until 2018. By that point the SEC will start the d-list and fill to have it removed. This is very similar to XNEZ. What I think is happening that MMs are accumulating just in case there are financials. If you look at CMMobile.HK website they seem to be doing okay. I called the HK number and a lady answered trying to sell me a phone card. They also appear to be hiring. This leads me to believe that at least one of Georges operation have life. The bigger question is will he report this.
