Within the next 10 trading days, filings are due.

Incorrect. Only the UMS 2015 filing is required to be completed as relates to the merger.

The TALK filings are long overdue..as are the TJ audited filings that must be restated.

TALK is seriously delinquent. If the problem is not rectified, all hell will break loose. I'd surely not want to be holding shares here if a suspension were to be handed down.
