Popt: No, the 15 terminates the REGISTRATION of a class of stock (security), not the security itself. DUH.

A Form 15 only terminates the REGISTRATION of the company (and underlying securities) w/ the SEC (and suspends duty to file) and doesn't terminate the company itself or its underlying shares. That means KEYO stock has always continued to exist since 2011 and still does to this day, although it doesn't publicly trade anymore making it a NON-TRADING, NON-REPORTING public shell. Since 2011, KEYO has been a ripe for Dr.SS's use of it w/ the RTM of NANT to take it public.
