You do realize that Berge get a pay check of about $20,000 right? Do you think he really deserves $5,000 a week for the job he has done? A company that has negative cash flow year after year is going to pay the CEO $20,000 a month? He made this company public so that he could have a steady paycheck of whatever amount he so desired, being that the company is not a sole proprietorship he does not have to worry about making a paycheck based on profits. How can anyone begin to defend this man, he continues to dilute your Equity. You are eather Berge himself or very close to him.
