I get that d and f convert to common stock but are they also subject to the r/s also, they specifically state which stock is not but leave those two out. Upon effectuation of the r/s they convert 1 to 20 essentially keeping their original share count. 20 to 1 then 1 to 20 but now common. That's the question. I emailed the company. I'll let u all know.
