The next 10Q is now due out on May 15th. Will we have to wait until then to find out about when drilling will occur? What the status of the IRS lien and deficiency is? What happened to the $2.5 million due from Kosmos? If even more toxic convertible debentures will be issued? If ERHC defaulted on their drilling obligations the way they did on some of the convertible debentures? Or will they instead continue to hide these material items from shareholders?

By the way, why have ERHC directors not been voted on for 4 years when the company's bylaws mandate an annual vote?
