It's not the cash. It's the dilution. You have to raise money at some point soon. Either through partnership or dilution. If I am big pharma I see that and I get greedier bc ipci soon will have no choice but to dilute if they don't decide on partnership. The dilution won't be much imo given the history but it will have if they can't decide on a partnership.
