Whoever owns Spader Business Management cannot be pleases that their founder is back in the public eye. And the authorities eyes. IRS must be interested in how he got those shares. Did he pay taxes on all those shares?
Did he ever write off any of the debts to the company in previous years in to shelter some of his other personal income?
And what is he doing now with the company? Is he illegally selling corporate assets to get paid back on his loans?
I smell a corporate fraud lawsuit against Spader. The press loves these stories. What could be better than the founder of a Business management company to get hit with tax evasion and corporate theft.
But, hey, if he starts building the company in the best interests of all shareholders, that would be great for everyone.
