They will almost have to do something with the share structure so that the merging company will have shares to sell in order to raise capital.

Unless they do actually merge it with a company that has plenty of cash on hand and the start buying up these cheap shares to sell later..... If that is the case, this stock will with dollar bills in a week!

But that never happenes and I not think that is the play here!
