In 3 situations this kind of GAP might happen:

1, the POST saying 1 billion shares been put back to treasure is true , Float is around 500 mil shares !

2, Revenue become 25 mil$ when PR the filing

3, When filing done and PR saying 4000 accounts company being got acquisition by TALK


WHEN THE ABOVE 3 things happen in the Filing or PR, then the huge GAP will happen
