NVNT did Feb 28, 2014.

On March 29, 2016 FB told them, I want the patent, I want the modular exo interface for my VR future social company.

They said ok perfect, how much? We don't know...

It sounds great! Let's work together and the patent is yours. We don't know if they will work together....

So they assigned the patent to Facebook 3 days ago, March 29, 2016.

It was filled back then in 2014 but it was assigned to Facebook 3 days ago.

Does it make sense? If not, please someone use your contacts and call the patent department or call a patent lawyer.
