My takeaway was the same as yours, with two minor exceptions. "Lithium Americas will host a conference call with CEO Tom Hodgson and new President John Kanellitsas on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 10am Eastern time. The company will provide an update on progress of its Cauchari-Olaroz lithium project, Lithium Nevada project, and Hectatone Inc. organoclay business."

They talked about Topic #1. They were conspicuously silent about topics #2 and #3. Two days after you announce them as topics you omit them from discussion. Strange.

Secondarily the discussion that LAC is going to get exactly the same amount of production as previously represented, but still has to go raise capital, is troublesome. LAC received repayment of intercompany loans in the sum of $15MM for a 50% stake (plus $10MM to be used by Minera Exar). This notion that LAC received $25MM is incorrect. But the next round of capital calls could basically blind out LAC. I feel more confident with this management team because at least I am not (as) concerned whether I am being told the truth.
