The deal if completed has of course huge upside potential regardless of the dilution that must be assumed because of the 26 million dollars worth of stock . Those that think the stock will be priced after the announcement are wrong.
The share price has already been agreed upon - most likely the day the deal actually closes. It may not close - we have not seen the final docs in the form of a 8k. So there is a degree of speculation concerning this deal.
Of course i am in , but do not assume the deal is done until it is done!
