I disagree,he may have had a successful finance co but after that, he has just bounced around every few years. In my experience when you hire someone that's great at what they do, you keep them on board no matter what it costs. When I see someone that moves from company to company it concerns me, there is a good reason he moves so much.
Ex. I paid my salesman more then I took home last yr because he is awesome.
