No. That should be obvious. Another big picture point missed here AGAIN IS THAT... Right now oar value is .001 SP is .0011. So if you buy now, you could only loose 10 percent during liquidation event since prf.a and b bear no liquidation preferences after split if sp is 22 cents, the par value did not change per the filing so incase of liquidation at 22 cents post split with the par value STILL BEING .001 PER THE SEC FILING, YOU WOULD LOOSE OVER 99 PERCENT. READ THE FILING AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND IT. Its HORRIBLE. DUH.
