You could be right and the AS will be raised one day, who knows. However, im confident none of that will happen near term.

Near term, there are several reasons to own shares heading into Spring, if one wants to make some $$$ on a very cheap stock that wont have anymore dilution (near term) + a CEO that is prepared to be more proactive and get the price back to a more fair value.

Some of your points carry importance, but not NEAR TERM, so it does nobody any good concentrating on things that won't have an effect on the near term price, understood?

We can worry about an AS increase down the road, when it matters. It means nothing to those that want to make money NEAR TERM.

There are ways they can grow this company without needing huge amounts of stock, they've done it before... In time, Mike can prove to us if he can get by without an AS increase, but again, none of that matters right now. After Spring passes, we can revaluate.

The savvy trader should be buying and/or holding right now. The DD indicates this is a worthy gamble heading into their best time of year for growth... and we know more news is coming.

Why not give them a little time to see if they can do something here? You hold shares, so let it ride. Let's concentrate on the aspects that matter and not waste hours discussing the things that won't have any effect on the near term price
