Nothing matters anymore. The two billion share increase is going to decrease the value of each share as each and everyone of them are moved to the outstanding share count. It's called dilution. When dilution grows faster than revenue, it creates a situation similar to a Black Hole in the Universe. It will suck up every dollar from everyone dumb enough to put one in and they will see their dollars vanish.
