My advice, stay back and watch. See what this new CEO is all about. See if he uses the same line as all the other criminal CEO's on OTC that state the reverse-split needs to be done to gain investor interest. You know how many times that is said only to have the stock pps driven back down to .000X's.
Make this new CEO work and see if he can send the pps upwards. Keep in mind he needs to maintain the stock in a medium range if not uplist it. Let's see what he is capable of. Is he a front man for the previous toxic investment company or is he a true upcoming inspiring new CEO looking to break into the business world.
