If Congress was a bad move what makes you think Ghana is a good one to entertain the notion of a legit Ghana operation. I doubt one actually exists but just saying that it does what stops a Ghanaian from coning a con man? If he can't competently run a mining operation a stone throws away from his office what makes one think he can competently run an operation on a different continent?
