EXLA is defunct and part of an active SEC investigation. Which is why it has been abandoned - the management cut and ran to hide from the SEC.

It is also current revoked in Nevada for failure to file for over 2 years and about to be permanently revoked. Gone forever. EXLA hasn't been a company for a very long time.

And based on the current trading and price action, some big holder sure seems like they want to sell their large position at any price. One of the old management to raise money for their lawyers, perhaps?
