Again, even the stinkiest of pinkies that I follow seem to provide a lot of detail on the business. In fact, they usually overdo it, presumably to support the stock price.

SPOM (and all public companies) have a duty to report ALL material info in their annual and quarterly filings.

What I consider true positives are:
ungagged T/A
no toxic debt
PRs and 8Ks on all material news - good and bad.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a pinkie come close to all 3, most don't hit any.

I'm not expecting SPOM to be the exception that proves the rule, but I'll jump on board if they do.
