I seriously Doubt that, it was 52MIL and the Note holder can only get 4.9% of the O/S at one time, if they filed a 13c/g then they could get 9.99% of the O/S at one time. But 4.9% of 52 MIL is only 2 MIL 548K shares at the first issuance, 2nd issuance would then be 4.9% of 54 MIL 548K, and so on. So for it to go from 52 MIL to 100 MIL would take at least a month or two IMO.
I have an email into the Company since yest to get the current O/S But haven't gotten anything back yet.
