Several thoughts:

1) no way closing shop or going to no- bid with actions they have taken
2) PR issued and I would bet fins are real close now. Why issue PR if not
3) Real manipulation in the prices with these sells at such low prices... Who would do that and why ?
4) The whizboard end is still selling well
5) the e-cig end is stagnant for now
6) new product line and new stuff to come has to be good
7) They appear to be doing what they can to try and make it work.. If they are successful this will be good for all us longs
8) Don't underestimate their abilities and intelligence if they have decided to play straight
