well,the past 3-4 (5 ?) mgmt groups did get 1 thing done---a pps firmly planted @ no bid---hopefully new secret mgmt can use the usual crackerjack promotion to get the bid up to at least .00005----would take over 600 years at your local bank to match that ! Seriously,with zero value,the only merit would be a RS---and appears not to be worth the cost to clean up this mess.
