Perhaps. I certainly do not trust dark filers to play by the book.

Being as TALK is perpetrating this "merger" story before getting their house in order (if even possible) I wouldn't put anything past them.

They say they will update the share structure with the filings. What a bunch of garbage there as well.

Who knows who front loaded those billion plus shares, Lee might be in on that too...
