What was wrong with his CC?

The man is very young, and it seems like hes trying his best at being the CEO of his own company (or the shareholders company). It seems like he prepared a bit and made his speach from the heart, but it never answered any of our questions. I know as well as you folks that I had about 10 things I wanted to hear explained and heard none instead. I'd rather a CEO present his own speach instead of paying some fool to write it up for him as you see with the NASDAQ companies. Its extremely hard to criticize his efforts with him being a one-man show.
