Not of the size mentioned. They'll have to increase the OS VERY significantly to be able to. PR also said by April 2017. They'll have to dump a shitload of shares into the market beforehand. No short term threat of RS.

You can't be listed on an exchange with less than 100k shares. With a OS. Of 25M, the max they could perform right now is a 1:250 which isn't gonna happen. Likely see one toward EOY/early 2017
