LMAO! The fact that the 10-K will be late does not in any way predict what will be revealed when it is filed. I will patiently await the filing, which is indicated to come within 15 calendar days. Not to mention that the filing was late last quarter and the revenue numbers were excellent. Put simply, an NT filing does not in any way equate with a conclusion that there will something bad in the filing. Time will tell.
