Definitely disagree on many - but not all - points but appreciate your (mostly) non-offensive candor.

Jason was pretty soft spoken so I think that was part of the poor audio quality. He was definitely toned down from previous calls. As for reading from a script, I think you are nitpicking. I don't mind it. I am a successful business professional and I much prefer to use written communication to better convey my thoughts. And there is no script for Q&A, which I agree was very disappointing. However, there WAS value in the call, if for nothing else to hear Mr. Stark, who was definitely more engaging the Mushmush ever was, AND to find out they are using a PR firm to market their product.

And...if you don't like the calls, then don't listen!

Regarding news releases, there is no conspiracy as you exaggerated, but it it pretty sad that I can get their PR's more quickly with a Google search. Been many instances I've gotten news hours before other shareholders - both friends with major positions in the company and other message board members.

If you have been in since IBridge, then you know how tenuous their situation was years ago and how far they've come. State sales tax liability - gone. Maryland lease - gone. Ongoing concern - gone. Finally!

I won't argue they have not been able to scale the business and attain the revenues I thought they would by now, which has obviously been hugely disappointing. But really the most important material developments (Trane, Samsung, Carrier) have nearly all occurred just in the past 10 months or so. That is going to take a little time to show up in revenues. And at $1 per room per month, the recurring revenue model of EcoCare does have value...they get a couple hundred thousand rooms subscribed to EcoCare and that is icing on the cake. I remain hugely optimistic and think this is THE YEAR. There are lots of irons in the fire. We've come this far, so I remain more patient than ever now.

As for Kross, I am happy to see him shake things up, and shake things up he will. I think we win either way. Canaccord is engaged and my guess is Jason and company are accelerating the process before Kross gets on the BOD...and he WILL get on the BOD and then the company will be sold in short order.

My take is they sell the company, quite possibly this summer. My reading between the lines of the Canaccord PR was that they have an offer(s) on the table and are trying to decide to sell vs. proceed with uplisting and RS. And as for value, I strongly disagree with your $25-30M pricetag. How much revenue was Nest generating when it got bought for $3.2B???!!! How about SmartThings bought by Samsung? I am not saying Telkonet's value is anywhere near that of Nest, although I believe they have a better product and they ARE best in class. If you disagree they are, then please tell me who IS best in class.

And...almost forgot...as mentioned on this board many times previously, there is a gigantic short position on Telkonet relative to its trading volume. At some point, that is going to factor in to the share price in a big way. There will be a short squeeze at some point this year. IMO. I am still buying.
